1. Avoid use of chemical-based products on body
- Use organic shampoo, conditioner, soaps, antiperspirants and toothpaste
(found in health shops and chemists)
2. Avoid processed foods and preservatives
3. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables (organic where possible) and always wash well before consuming.
4. Eat alkaline foods instead of acidic.

If fighting cancer, strictly avoid sugar as cancer feeds on sugar.
5. Avoid red meat and eat more fish.
6. If eating chicken, avoid hormone fed chicken. Look for organic poultry.
7. Avoid tea and coffee as they are acidic. A healthier alternative is green tea which is high in antioxidants and is alkaline.
